Filter Lead based on Role

Dear All,

My requirement is in Employee should not be able to search others Leads, only “My lead “
drop down value should be available in search, but in accounts screen
employee should be able to search all leads.

Hi Rachit,

The search query is standard and cannot be removed for one particular user or restricted for a Business Role.

Also this option is not available from the Business Role confirguration under the Work Centre Administration and User Managment, not only in the edition from Master Layout

Hi Rachit,

You can limit the available queries as follows:

1. Go to WC View Leads
2. Set screen to adaptation mode (Edit Master Layout or Page Layout)
3. Open Advanced Search
4. Click on Organize Queries
5. Set query My Leads as default
6. Remove other queries
7. Apply and end layout changes.
