Employee Self-Service (SAPUI5) menu missing in backend

we would like to customize the Fiori-apps for leave request. Normally there is a menu item in SPRO for "Employee Self-Service (SAUI5)" but I can only find Employee Self-Service (Java). Does someone know how to enable this menu leaf? Release? ...
