Hi SAP People,
I have tried to uncheck "Check active DDIC user" in SPAM settings, and tried r3trans -d in OS level, but it still not fixed, and wont be able to import.
Any suggestions?
Queue SAPKB70212
Import of queue for the
Software Component: SAP_BASIS
SPAM status: (Error stop)
Import phase: IMPORT_PROPER
Thanks and Regards,
Karl
Hi All,
I have now a fix for this.
Just restart SAP and Stop DB in Linux, then delete TMP files (there are files that have been created before that cannot be overwritten so the installation wont proceed).
It is now working.
Thanks and Regards,
Karl

Dear Customer,
the system processes a phase, which cannot be reset. In addition you have a SAP_BASIS package in the queue. You should not leave your system in this state.
I highly recommend that you contact the SAP Support. They can analyze it further.
Nevertheless you can always retry the the phase. Have you tried restarting the import? The error looks like a DB connection issue. If the db connection is lost, the import process will halt.
best regards,
Thorsten Scheyter (SPAM/SAINT)

Go to Tx SPAM and check the import logs.
You will have to expand the logs fully and check what caused the import to end in error.
Also check for any dumps in Tx ST22 and see what they say.

Hi Karl,
Can you please provide environment details (OS, DB, Kernel) with which SPs you are trying to import.
Also if possible please provide import logs to analyze further.
Thanks,
Manish
