How do we config / use Resource Scheduler for auto assignment of tickets.

Hi Chetan,
while creating a ticket and adding a (service) item you can set a "scheduling method". This drop down replaces the "scheduling relevance" and steers if the item is meant to be:
- scheduled manually
- is getting automatically dispatched
- or (1611 onwards) can offer an appointment.
At the fine tuning of the items you can directly assign the default value for the scheduling method.
