SAP IT Infraestructure management

Hello i need your assistance,

I have SAP Solution Manager 7.1 with ITSM already configured and I need to implement SAP IT Infrastructure Management, is this integrated with solman (Solution manager) or it's independent of it or is it inactive?, can you help me with the place to download and if it has an additional cost.
