Error on logging in to DB

One of our users is experiencing the following error upon logging into the db:

Failed to complete database setup 09/09/2016  17:18:00  0

2016-09-09 17:18:00,745 FATAL - Failed to complete database setup System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xFFFFF448): The logged-on user does not have permission to use this object at SAPbobsCOM.ICompany.GetBusinessObject(BoObjectTypes Object 09/09/2016  17:18:00  0

I'm not sure what the cause of the error is, but it happens as soon as she logs in, before she clicks anything. It does not occur for superusers.

I've researched and seen that it might be related to an authorization, but what kind of authorization would cause this error before anything is even clicked on?

I've double checked, and it looks like this user has full authorization to everything except for two reports. (full authorizations to everything.

Hi,

I think above error is related to Add-on. If it is correct, set Add-on to manual mode under Add-on administration and then try to login SAP B1.
