TLB creating STO's pushing the dates out

We are discovering in some instances that when creating orders in TLB the orders are being pushed out from the ship date showing on the deployment stock transfers. When creating manually they are correct, when creating through a TLB run the days are being pushed out. Anyone else seeing this? It seems to have started after our upgrade in July. We upgraded to 7.1.
