Customer exit variable is not working in WEBI

Hi Experts,

I have one customer exit variable(Posting date) in BEX that gives me previous day(istep 1) date and mandatory input. My WEBI is created on top of bex and there is no change in prompts means we are using same prompts created in bex. So when I refreshed my webi default that variable value is not being refreshed, showing the last value we used in prompt screen.

please help me its very urgent.

    Hi,

So when I refreshed my webi default that variable value is not being refreshed, showing the last value we used in prompt screen.

you can purge last selected variable values in webi (webi-->data access-->purge) then see whether default value (previous day) is getting filled in.

    Hi Santosh,

Please check whether you checked the option "Use bex default values at run time" which is available on the set variable screen.

Please refer the Webi user guide for the details the page 114 details the default variables behavior.
