NPV, IRR, ROI and Payback Periods Calculation in portfolio item

Dear Experts,

I am using PPM 6.0. I have gone through the thread : which is marked as correctly answered. Could you please tell me the detail config for this calculation ? Hence opening a new thread.

I have maintain a interest rate and calculated the below financial figures from the financial planning using different views.

Also the below master switch.

I want the system to calculate the NPV, IRR, ROI and Payback Point in Months
