Mutilple Di- Proxy Instances

hello,

I am using intercompany with 5 databases but some times  sent this message 'Resource is busy' when  I tried to consolidated or replicated, i know that sap recomended use diferent instances of di -proxy, i want to know how i create multiple di-proxy instance

I followed steps but when i begin SAP Business One Di proxy services 2098, service started but automatically   stop.

uninstal and try run cmd as administrator and service64 -install instead service -install.
