Hi Experts

We have a issue with one template, we have a formula directly on the excel,1 KF(Customer Product)

the question is:

If i do a Disaggregation operator, is posible to copy the value of the formula on the KF(directly on the excel) to and other kf of diferent level?

kf(customer product)--> k2(location product)

Best Regards

Jorge

hi Jorge

to be honest, I dont understand your question

However, in case your question is as follows:

You have a formula in a KF and set the flag to store the formula in the template. The formula, which in the template is executed on level customer-product, provides the result value of 25. But if you go into the cell and mark the content, you copy the formula and not the value 25.

But you want to copy the 25 and not the formula, move your aggregation level to location product, mark a cell and past the value 25.

If this is the requirement, than the answer would be: yes, copy the value by normal excel means (ctrl+c), change planning level and do "paste special" --> choose "value" and than the value is copied instead of the formula. This works as well if you copy ranges, not only for single cells, and is pure excel functionality

Disaggregation of the value 25 to lower levels is according to disaggregation logic you have set in the KF definition (or according to ADVSIM operator, in case that is what you mean by disaggregation operator)

In case that is not your request, than please priovide KF settings you have, what you mean by disaggregation operator, the excel formula and potentially an excel planing sheet as example

Cheers

Hi Irmei

Thank you very much for you reply.

the case was that the custormer didn´t want to do the copy by crtl+c she need to be automatically, so i did a desaggregation of the KF(cust-prod) to KF(loc-prod) and it's work like a needed.

Thank you very much

Jorge.
