Activation Error during the GRCPINW V1000_700 upgrade

Hello

We are upgrading GRC 5.3 to GRC 10.0

We are getting following error during the SAINT Add-on installation of GRCPINW V1000_700 in development system which is fresh Copy of our production system.

We did not faced this issue earlier in last 2 months in Sandbox,development,QA system.

We copied Production to development this week but now it is giving error. We fear same issue will happen in production tomorrow as Cutover is planned for tomorrow.

Function group contains errors

Search help /GRCPI/GRIA_AM_BR_F4 was not activated

Activate search help /GRCPI/GRIA_REPORT_SEARCH

Function group contains errors

Search help /GRCPI/GRIA_REPORT_SEARCH was not activated

Has Anybody faced such issue?
