First thing to check is your proxy settings. Do you need a proxy server in your network to connect to the internet (usually the case when your agent is within a corporate network) ? If so, you need to make sure, the correct proxy server is set through the JAVA Launcher options -Dhttp proxyHost and -Dhttp proxyPort in the agent configuration tool. In your second screenshot I see these are still set to the defaults "proxy" and "8080", but proxy server and port for your environment can be different. Looking at your error message, I suspect this is the issue in your case.

But secondly, I also see you are connecting to the V4 Odata service from Northwind. In the datastore settings in HCI, you will also need to change the version from "V2" to "V4" in this case.

    Thanks,

    Ben.
