Rounding diff.(min.) Explanation Unknown

Hello Gurus,

I cannot understand the how the system is calculating the 4,42 in the amount of condition type RNTM and correspondingly the condition value of 0,02. I have add a freight of 15 euro, and instead of 30,96 as sum, SAP calculates 30,94.

How is this possible ?

Double click on that condition type so that system will take you to another screen where you can see how system calculates the value and arrived at.  Also ensure that in your pricing procedure for this condition type, routine 393 is set under Alternative Calculation type.

If you check the coding for routine 393, it says "Difference with respect to the preceding net value"

Let me help you a bit on this. See if you look into the coding of the routine it says that if the condition class of your condition type is 'A' then

condition value = KOMV condition value - KOMP net value - KOMP tax amount.

The next logic is related to +/- sign of the condition amount to calculate final condition value.

It would be great if you please share the complete snapshot of your pricing procedure and sales document condition tab so that the difference can be calculated with respect to that. Rest you can also check the tables value or do the calculation as per routine formula (mentioned above). In case you need any clarification on this, feel free to ask. Thanks.

Hello Gurus,

i just find the solution.

The condition for the freights is at header level. So, SAP calculate the following 30,96/7 = 4,4228. But for the rounding is taking only the 4,42 instead of 4,4228.

The price item is 30,94 = 4,42*7, instead of header that is the correct one 30,96.

If someone has faced the same issue, or has anything to suggest it would be great!
