Query on SMP 3.0 SP10 installation

Dear All,

I am trying to set up the SMP 3.0 SP10 server in my local desktop.

In the SAP Market place I can find the installation for SAP Mobile platform 3.0.

Now my question is If I follow the link SAP Mobile platform3.0 - Support packages and patches - SAP Mobile platform runtime 3.0 and install the SAPSMPRT3010_0-20011876.zip

Will it give me the proper SMP installation folder as expected.

OR I should have to install the SAP Mobile platform 3.0 and then have to apply the upgrade packages only then the server installation will be proper.

Can anyone guide
