We are in the process of implementing this using SAP PI. The csv files with the time events are stored in an FTP server. SAP PI reads this data into the TEVEN table.
You need a PI consultant to carry this out.
Alternatively, you can ask an ABAP consultant to explore if a BAPI can be designed to read the data from FTP to SAP.
