Statistical WBS in Purchase otder

hi

is it possible to use Statistical WBS as account assignment for material procurement PO with item category Q?

it is not allowing in our system, I am cross checking if it is due to some customisation issue or standard does not allow for it. We need it to hit Project stock account for which material has separate valuation class.
