Hi,
im working in a client, that much probably has holes (who doesn't?...) in the process of controlling products without quality (NOT OK).
What are the tables that gather these information, coming from external complaints or observed during the production process?
My client uses VF03 to see invoice and credit note for external complaints,
and uses Co03 to internally analyse AFPO.WEMNG AFPO.PGMNG ... so, if WEMNG>=PGMNG there are 0 products with defects (at least coming from production line), but if WEMNG<PGMNG there are products with defects....
Is there any table that sumarizes this??

Usually, customers track the NOK products using the quality management module. You can use quality notifications to record complains and use inspection lots to analyze the materials produced.
