NwSapSetup.exe hangs

Customer facing Analysis office install issues. “NwSapSetup.exe” hangs . I’m able to see the “NwSapSetup.exe” in task manager. It’s working after 10 times to click the “AOFFCE23SP00_0.exe”, sometimes 3^rd click. In task manager 10 “NwSapSetup.exe” is running.

We need to install AO 2.3 version in 3000 Laptops . AO 2.2 it’s working fine all the laptop.

Can you please give some hint to resolve this issues.
