Hi All,
I have been trying to update SPAM/SAINT on our ECC system but it keeps on running the whole day till i terminate the Transaction. It would have been better if it was returning an error but it doesn't so I'm clueless on what might be the issue. An update is from Support Package Manager - Version 7.40/0057 to 7.40/0061 SP SAPKD70261. I have already updated the latest version on other systems except for this one. The Transport Tool is OK. Everything connects. I have been doing the update on Client 000. It get stuck on the "Check Requirements" Phase.

Dear customer,
a SPAM/SAINT update shouldn't take so long. Can you please contact the SAP Support?
In the check requirements phase the system environment is checked to make sure that the SPAM/SAINT update can be deployed without any obstacles (DB, kernel requirements, STMS status...)

1stly make sure that job RDDIMPDP is scheduled by user DDIC I all the clients in your system.

I checked this and they are under DDIC.
Did you made any other adjustments?
