Hello all,
Currently in use SAP CC 7.0.9.0
When we created some IVRs first time, we are able to see these monitoring items in SAP Online Monitoring. After that we created new IVRs but they are not showed in Online Monitoring. Customer could not trace records about new IVRs.
For intance we have IVRs as you can see below screenshots:
Just some of them are showing in online monitoring.
When I got a search about this issue, I saw SAP Document which tells that:
Did you encounter with this issue before? or can you say if I miss anything?

we had similar issue.
I already created an incident about this in November 2015, and SAP told me that it should be fixed in SP9. But obviously it isn't?!
If your system isn't a production system, then restart VU_Website in Infrastructure Administrator. After that it should be visible in Online Monitoring.

I just read the Release Notes of SP9 and on page 30 it says:
"After upgrading to SP08, a new IVR, or a new extension added to an IVR, could be seen in Online Monitoring only after the Web Server was restarted. Incident ID: 0020079747 0000836010 2015"
Therefore it should be corrected already.
If I were you, I would try to restart VU_Website, and if it helps, I would create a new ticket at SAP Portal.
