deski to webi conversion break and fold issues

We have migrated deski reports from BO 3.1 to BO 4.1 webi. The report is fully converted. I was testing the report to check the format and data compared to 3.1 deski. There is break applied on one dimension in deski and only the footer values are shown using the outline.

When I check the webi report, the break exists on the same object but when I try to fold using outline on the break, the footer for 1st row value is shown on the first page, i.e only one row is displayed on the first page, the same row is repeated on 7 pages and then on the 8th page there is 2row footer, this row again is repeated on the next 8 pages and so on.

I want to display all the footer together in one page as it appears in deski but unable to do this.

What could be the issue.. If anyone can help solve this issue..

    HI ,

Go to structure mode .right click on the column where break is applied ->Break->Manage Break->Page Layout ->Uncheck "Start on New Page" and "Page Breaks"

For Duplicate rows , select table ->Format Table ->Uncheck "Avoid duplicate row aggregation"

Can you remove the break and reapply it again on the report in BO 4.1 version? See what happens after that?

    • Hi Kuldeep,

Even If I remove the break and reapply it, the moment I uncheck the break header option again the rows get split into 2000+pages, if I keep the break header then all the row footers are displayed on the same page.

Also, If I view in page mode without break headers option checked, it appears correctly . The issue is in quick display mode.
