How to map Old SDN account with SAP Email Id

Hi Moderator,

I recently joined SAPlabs India Pvt Ltd.I am an active member over SDN over the last 5 yrs and I was using my Gmail account for this purpose where I have some points.

I would like to know if its possible to map my old sdn account with my new SAP account so that i will not lose any points.
