How To Track usage of CRM system

We are using few modules in CRM.

However, we need to track usage of only lead management component, how many people logged into CRM web client to create/change/display the lead documents .

I think more challenging is, tracking how many people logged into display,review and changing the lead documents?.

Any best ideas to achieve this requirement pls?
