How To Create a support ticket from the ByD tenant

Hi Experts,

I have some problems with Third party 3pl Byd services.

I need some support from BYD.

How can I Create a support ticket from the ByD tenant ?

    Hi Cuong,

    Open Help Center from the issue screen ( ie from 3pl service in your case), and at the bottom you can see the " Solve Problem or Report Incident" as show below.

    then Click Next

    then , enter the details abut the issue

    1. Subject , 2. Category , 3. Description , 4. Priority , 5. Forward to Provider

    then check the box for the Screenshot Relevant if the screen is relevant to the issue, else uncheck it

    Click Next. to add attachments related to the issue (OPTIONAL) as Link or File..

    Then Click Finish..

    Note: WoC-->Personnel Administration --> Regular Tasks --> Change Work Place Contact Data. Select the employee and Maintain communication data. Email and Phone number is necessary to raise the ticket..
