How to raise incident in SAP portal

Hi I want to raise incident in SAP portal.Can you please let me know the process?

I have tried with the link

https://support.sap.com/home.html

and then “Report an incident”. But after that I cannot follow.

Please help.

    Hi Mriganka

    I am assuming you need help for the newer portal version?

    So Check

    Step 1 select knowledge base in dropdown enter your problem statement in the box next to it if the issue you are looking for does not have an existing solution then click on button Contact SAP support

    Step 2 " Fill in the system info which will be available as a dropdown and is pretty intuitive to fill and then click on Submit
