Issue to pass blank value for user fields in SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE

Hi ,

I am using SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE FM to update schedule lines data . In FM, we have parameter SCHEDULE_IN

SCHEDULE_INX . In SCHEDULE_IN and SCHEDULE_INX, we have fields USR01,USR02 and USR03 .

We are getting values from IDOC and same we are populating USR01,USR02 and USR03 values in VA33/VA22  schedule line transaction (header user fields) using FM SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE .

Now, suppose if we get 10 in idoc and by using this FM, it will be updated in VA33 .Next time if we get 11, it will be get updated using same FM .

But if we get BLANK (no value), then it is NOT getting updated in VA33/VA22 transaction . Could you please suggest .

I have tried with SPACE, '   ' ,  passing variable of type USR01_D but it does not work .

Hello Bhushan,

Suggest you open an message to SAP via Service Market place.  They can provide technical support for the behaviour in our system.
