Installshield Crystal Reports 13_0_1 prerequisite failure - Security Update (KB2918614)

Hello. We are trying to send out a new updated installshield installer that silently installs CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_1. In the past this has worked our installer has worked flawlessly. I think more of our customers are using updated computers and we have started to get crystal failures frequently. We have isolated that when we remove Microsoft Security Update KB2918164 our silent installer works perfectly. Has anybody had similar issues and could point me to a work-around or fix?
