Customize B1i cockpit

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to customize Cockpit of B1i ?

Example :

We want to add some new fonctionnalities.

An another question about monitoring.

We want to restart automatically a scenario in failure. Manually, we go to Monitoring/Message Log/Block Failure and we click on "Retrial Message"

A popup appears and we select "resend message new from start" :

It is possible do this selection automatically from a button or another control ?

Can we customize the view "Message Log" ?

Thanks for your help.

Best regards,

Michael

    Hi Michael,

it is not possible to customize the cockpit. If you have any good ideas of what shall be shown on the cockpit please use the Idea place which is the official channel to place development requests.

Regarding the message log view: the columns can be customized in the message log view . In the Scenario Package definition you can even define your own search keys.

Going to Maintenance -> Cfg. Error Handling allows you define error action for each outbound channel. One action for example could be to resend the messages form the error inbox automatically within a defined time interval. You find more details about the capabilities here in the related help document either in the context based help or the Help menu.

I hope this helps you to move forward.

    Regards,

    Nicolas
