Browser Access doesn't support calendar pop up and CTRL Tab for list of Business Partners

We have SAP Business One Browser Access running at the customer. One of the workstations, with Firefox and Chrome doesn't pop up the calendar in any of the forms. For example the Posting Date calendar. So you have to enter the date (cannot select it). We have tried to re-install Firefox. Disable all plug ins etc.

It is a computer problem as when we use the same user on another machine it works.

And since today suddenly in the journal entry, the CTRL-TAB to show business partners doesn't work either. Both on Chrome and Firefox. And that is only on this one computer. As far as we know, nothing has changed.

Any suggestions?

I recommend using Alt+Shift+q instead of Ctrl+tab since it is confusing with the browser shortcuts.

Dear Peter, Ctrl + Tab will not work in dispatcher.

To select the list of Business Partner, you have to Select the option "Go To" in Menu Bar. In that Option, you will get the option 'List of Business Partner'. Select that Option, then a window of all Business Partners will get Open.

Hi Peter,

There are two options for the ctrl-tab issue: change the Ctr-Tab from Firefox with this browseraddon: Menu Wizard :: Add-ons for Firefox

Or

Go to about:config in the address bar of firefox and search for ctrl:

Change the browser.ctrlTab.previews value  to True

Finally open SAP in the browser and set it to full screen with F11

Now you can use the Ctrl Tab to enter a BP.

Hi Raghu,

I am afraid it must be something different. The issues I have work in most computers but two. These two computers in both firefox and chrome the calendar pop up doesn't show. In one computer in the journal entry I can't get a pop up for the list of business partners.

Any suggestions?
