System refresh on S/4 HANA

Hi There,

I am looking for details on System refresh on S/4 HANA . I do understand that this would be more or less the same as normal HANA DB refresh, but with the changes on Application side, are there any changes in pre-steps and post steps in the system refresh process with S/4 HANA?

Please help me with details in this space.

Hi Pradeep,

I suppose S/4 HANA refresh is same like other system refreshes running on HANA as a DB. Every thing remains the same from application perspective like taking exports as pre-steps and importing them back post refresh.

Hi Pradeep,

by "System Refresh" do you mean commands like /$tab and /$sync?

I just checked, they seem to work on S/4HANA (I'm on 1511 FPS2), as normal (I get a sucess-message).
