Hi ,

I think, I could provide the required assistance as I also face these kind of issues. So in my opinion whenever these matter happens, its better to restart both the User System & the Printer, in-case the OS support team is not beside you while sorting out the issue. Basically if a lot of print has been given to the Printer, the Printer temp memory gets full which the OS Support from time to time can clear up which solves the issue. But say if the OS support person is not beside you & you restarted both then also to an extent, both Printer & the User System Temp Memory Location gets freed up partially which also provides solution to this sort of issues. The relevant Printer's memory can also be freed up by manually deleting some unprinted documents list in the printer memory physically or also can be done by login to the Printer portal(In Browser the Printer Local IP) for that.

Inside SAP also you can check the Print job status, for example in a ECC by using SP01 or SP02. Also SPAD settings.

Note 821519 - Front-end printing with control technology. Also check the printer-name.

Also check-out mine provided screen-shots in the below link, if you needed any settings change,

Hope that helps or else let me know the status. Would love to provide assistance on this matter.

Thanks,

Kaushik

Hi,

what access method has been used? Try to use 'G' if it is 'F'.

Does the local firewall maybe block the connection/port?

Kind regards,

Martin

Hi Pikal,

Are you giving print from SAP Level or at Windows.

If at SAP Level ,Kindly check whether Front -end Printer is working properly

If at Windows Level,Kindly Ask you IT Team to Support

Thanks,
