    Hi,

Allot a dimension for Employee. Create all employee as cost center under employee dimension.

Better to segregate dimension wise fields (Administration --> System Initialization --> General Setting --> Cost Accounting --> Display Distribution Roles --> Tick --> In Separate Columns)

You can see employee advance amount from FMS

    Select Sum(T0.Debit-T0.Credit) 'Balance' From JDT1 T0 Where OcrCode2 =$[JDT1.OcrCode2]

    Post journal entry like

Account Debit Credit Dimension1 Dimenstion2 Dimenstion3 Advance Salary Advance 1000 William Cash/Bank 1000 Salary Process Salary Account 5000 Salary Advance 1000 William Salary Payable 4000 William Salary Payable Salary Payable 4000 William Cash/bank 4000

Hope it may be help for you..

    Regards

    Halik
