Surveys answer retrievalI


I am trying to customize a survey on my system, but i am facing a problem when i want to retrieve the answers from the system.

Here are the steps i followed :

- I created the survey using the crm_survey_suite

- I customized the xml file to generate the survey's URL

- I switched to ABAP CATserver

My URL is generated, it gives me the possibility to answer my questions. After saving the answers, the following message appears on my browser :

Values have been correctly saved.

But I am not finding my values nowhere (not in CRM_SVY_RE_ANSW, nor in crm_svy_db_svs) and i really can't see what i am missing.

I would really appreciate if you could help me with this.

    In CRM_SURVEY_SUITE , select your survey and select Menu : Extras->Display Evaluation . Do you see any responses recorded there . Also check if you have maintained the following checkbox.
