hello
i have big problems to activate sap hcp cloud connector. in Java, i have version 1.8 installed. i saw in a document here, it cause problems.
Please guide me with links and documentation how to implement hcp connector on my surface tablet windows 10, 64 bit.
many thanks for fast help.
Nick
Hello Nick,
please make sure to use at least SCC 2.7.2 for this purpose, better 2.8.1.1, which is the latest one. Versions older than 2.7.2 are not supporting Windows 10.
Moreover, you should be a little bit more precise what the concrete issues are. With the current information it's difficult to consult.
Best regards,
Markus

hello Ulrich
i implemented the scc and after i started localhost:8443 then i got this message here

Internal Reason:
XCL198 HTTP-access currently not allowed from remote clients, as B1iP runs in local-mode or safe-mode.
Recommendation:
Check for the correctness of your activity or environment or ask your system-administrator for further help.

do you need the log as well?
thanks Nick
Hi Nick,
????? Hmmm.
This does not look like an SCC error message at all. "SAP B1iP" seems to be SAP Business One, so most probably the following is wrong here:
On the same host, where you try to install the SCC, SAP Business One is already installed and is occupying the same port 8443. So when you try to connect to localhost:8443, you don't connect to the SCC, but to the B1iP programm... (In fact: in the log files of the SCC you should see an error message that it cannot allocate port 8443 from the operating system and therefore aborts during startup.)
Solution: change the UI port of the SCC to something else (for example 7443 or some other free port) as described in Changing the UI Port , start the SCC again and then connect to localhost:7443.
Best Regards, Ulrich
