Intrastat Currency conversion issue

Hi Experts,

Need your advice in resolving the below mentioned issue.

For Intrastat Receipts, we are facing value while extracting the monthly report..We have the Invoice Value in different Currency ( EUR) and we want this to be converted to the Local Currency (USD )for correct Statistical value

We have maintained all the relevant Current Conversions but still the Statistical value is displaying Zero.

I have searched the Forum and got the below

"Some countries customs authorities use their own exchange rate for official declarations. You can take this rate into account by using the parameter "exchange rate type I" when selecting data for INTRASTAT declarations . "

This is not clear as to where should i do Config change for Intrastat Currency Conversion.

Please Guide me.
