Error WMTOCO idoc (Confirmation Transfer order)

Dear All,

For a customer I have to set up idoc WMTOCO. This idoc will send a confirmation of a transfer order from a external syste. This customer is working with handling unit management.

I have filled in below segments: ww

-> E1LTCOX

-> E1LTCOH

-> E1LTCOHU

-> E1LTCOI

But i'am facing the following error:

Transfer order item 0001 doesn't exist (Check entry)

I have determined all the item data. Besides only one item line is involved.

Could you please advice

Can you provide a screenshot as evidence that the item number exists in LTAP table?

Now compare the item number in your error message  with the item number in the screenshot

In the error message it's mentioned tranfer order item 0001 doesn't exist. In LTAP item number 1 is mentioned. But when I fill in 1 in segment E1LTCOI in field tapos it will be changed to 00001.

Do you then get the same error or why do think you need 3 leading zeros?

Had you displayed LTAP without removing the "consider Conversion exit" ?

In SE16 choose from menu Settings > User parameters  and remove the checkmark from the box for "consider conversion exit" , only then you see how the number is in the data base

Only in the error message the line item is 0001 but in the idoc itself the value is 1. I also filled in 1 in segment E1LTCOI. The checkmark from the box for consider conversion exit wasn't selected.
