    Hi Mutale,

Book cost means, do you want to settle the order Actual cost to the Internal Order ?

To setup the settlement rule to pick automatically, your settlement profile needs to be set with ORD.

Can you share the settlement rule of the order and settlement profile config setup

    Regards

    Terence

      Hi Mutale,

As Maria mentioned, you can have Category "ORD" in your respective settlement profile. Also, you can manually adjust the settlement rule in your internal order by changing the "Account Assignment Category" from CTR to ORD and the "settlement receiver" must be your order# to which you want to settle.

In this way, the costs that you collected on your internal order can be settled towards this 'settlement receiver'.

      Thanks

      Sri
