? symbol in characteristic sort sequence in COR2 batch determination

Hi All

Iam using z_revision level  characteristic in sort rule.

If component has no revision level then i get ? symbol in characteristic sort sequence in COR2 transaction when i do batch determination.

How to avoid ? symbol.

Hi,

Unfortunately I think you will not be able to remove the "?" because it's part of the standard code. This was introduced through the following SAP note, you can check in your system:

1422525 - Batch determin. Characteristic with value '' not displayed
