Solution Manager 7.2 on HANA - Configure SOAP Runtime

Hi All,

I am configuring solution manager 7.2 on HANA but an error in configure SOAP runtime step. When I running WSIDPADMIN transaction code, show an error "Unable to release job SAP_BC_IDP_WS_SWITCH_BD automatically". How to solve this error?

Hi Bobby,

I have released job immediately from SM37 tcode.

You can either schedule new job via SM36 tcode, or release the job from SM37 by selecting "immediately". 

Once the SAP_BC_IDP_WS_SWITCH_BD completed successfully, IDP switches will be green.

After I execute with SM37 transaction code, I checked all and release. What this step is correct? Because after that, still error when I execute WSIDPADMIN transaction code. Thank you.

Hi Bobby,

Reason for error is Job doesn't have start condition. Check the Job SAP_BC_IDP_WS_SWITCH_BD in SM37 and release manually.

Once Job finished successfully execute "Configure SOAP Runtime" step. select radio button "check Technical settings" and execute the transaction. You will not get any error.

Still error. in SM37 transaction code, please give me detail step for release job because when I do a job release, still error etc date from and date to.

Hi Bobby,

you can trigger the job immediately.  to do that, select the job and go to start condition and select immediately.
