While we are using proxy to file scenario, at sender side communication channel is required or not. in case if we use sender communication channel what will happen.

The use of a sender cc for proxy depends on what channel you will use e.g
SOAP sender with XI protocol - needs sender agreement because it lies on the java stack.
XI Adapter - does not need sender agreement

In addition to Mark's reply: if you use Integrated Configuration (use AAE), defining sender communication channel for your proxy is mandatory.
