Dear experts,

Is there standard report in DBM module?

For example, I want to check a certain part used in which vehicle/order, which report I can use?

Thanks,

    Hi Richard,

in transaction /DBM/ORDER tab Order Search you can search DBM order with search parameters on severel level, e.g. header, job, item.

The result list is displayed on header level, which doesn't contain parts quantity per item.

Depending on your requirement you can use following tables:

    /DBM/VBAK_DB DBM order header

    /DBM/SPLHDR DBM order split header

    /DBM/JOB DBM order job

    /DBM/VBAP DBM order item

For parts items you can search in SE16N table /DBM/VBAP with selection criteria PSTYV = 0002 (for parts items) and MATNR18 to get the quantiy in field ZMENG (order quantity).

    Best regards

    Joachim

    Hi Richard,

    Use transaction /DBM/Order

    select "Order Search" tab

then select ORDER_SEARCH_ENH in order search View

select Item - tab then enter item category "P002" and enter the part number in Key Field

    Regards
