    Hi Ramesh,

If you wish to use this popup to for portal user notifications, you can check the broadcast messages

feature and see if it suite your requirements.

    Hello Ramesh,

Did you resolve this issue? If so, could you please let us know the resolution.
We have a similar requirement in our 7.5 portal and no documentation is available anywhere.
I work as a BASIS person with little knowledge on portal development.

    Thank you

    • Hi Satish,

Did you check the Broadcast Messages functionality Etay mentioned above? This would be the simplest to setup.

For Fiori Framework Page you could use a custom SAPUI5 Boostrap plugin as per note ##2672494. This requires some JavaScript development knowledge although the KBA has an example which triggers a pop up message box

      Best regards,

Thank you Nick. But we are trying to do this in Ajax Framework Page in Standards mode using UI Theme Designer.

I found UR Control Previews “PopupWindow” while developing a custom theme, but when we build and save, it doesn’t show up after login.

    Thanks and Regards,
    Satish Dhanalakoti
