Crosstab highlight latest appointment time

I have a crosstab showing multiple Office Locations with Days of the Week as columns. The rows are Doctor Names. The cells show earliest and latest appointment times (per day).

Is there a way to yellow highlight the LATEST appointment time of the Calendar Day, no matter which location it was at?

Thanks for any help!

    Hi Cheryl,

    Try this please:

    Right-click one of the summary cells > Format field > Border tab > Click the formula button beside 'Background' and use this code:

    local TimeVar s := GridValueAt(0, CurrentColumnIndex, CurrentSummaryIndex);

    local numbervar i;

    for i := 1 to GetNumRows-1 do

    (

    if GridValueAt(i, CurrentColumnIndex, CurrentSummaryIndex) < s then

    s := GridValueAt(i, CurrentColumnIndex, CurrentSummaryIndex);

    );

    if CurrentFieldValue = s then

    crYellow

    else

    crNoColor

      Excellent!! Thank you for the extra help, it works perfectly!

      P.S. Is there is a way to also yellow highlight the date header of the column which happens to contain the resultant "highlighted latest appointment date"?

      Thanks.
