    Hi Anson,

Prior to receiving this error message, was the Web IDE idle for more than 10 minutes?

If you refresh the Web IDE, are you able to resume work?

Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

    Regards,

    Omer.

    Hi Anson,

Is this problem consistent or does it happen from time to time? Does it happen on this specific file or other files as well?

In order for us to be able to further investigate it could you please reproduce it again and retrieve the network data for the request that failed?

In order to do that you can use chrome developers tools:

    - Open the developer tools and start recording the network

    - Reproduce the failure in save

    - On any of the requests in the network tab > right click and choose save as HAR file

    - email me the HAR file

    Thanks,

    Liat
