Creation of multiple Items of Service Entry Sheet in Logistic Execution Transportation .

Hello guys .

I need  a solution for the SES transportation to create several PO's.
Suppose the entry sheet to be transported  has 1 item with the net value  1020 .

After the transportation  if we double click the item and go to the Document Flow as showed below
we need to  create 2 items of SES splited based on weight conditions.  
1  with  Total Net  1000
2  with Total  Net 20 .

Can anyone help with this ?

We need to do some the  split as shown above,so  is there any exit or badi we can use to put some logic into,
or there is some customizing to be done in order to accomplish this automatically .

Hi,

How is the rule to split the value? The interface LES-TM and MM for shipment cost uses one purchase order item for each shipment cost document.

So, in my point of view will be better if you can split the values in two different shipment cost document items. Thus you can create different PO for each item in shipment cost document.

Maybe I didn't explain well myself on the firs post .
I must do a correction to my request,
We neeed only one SES but with multiple items inside divided by the delivery item weight.

Does this make the question more clear to you .

Hi,

I don't know if is possible to do exactly what you need. However, I believe that you can try this configuration:

IMG -> Logistics Execution ->Transportation -> Shipment Costs -> Shipment Cost Document -> Shipment Cost Types and Item Categories

So enter in "Define Item Categories" and select the category that represents your freight cost.

With this settings the system will create new items in SES according with delivery items.
