chart fonts in crystal reports for enterprise

Hi experts

we're facing an issue with crystal reports. If we open the crystal report over opendocument, the labels in charts appears with wrong font. (see attachement)

We're facing the same issue if we open the report in BI-Launchpad and export to pdf.

we tried different fonts as well.

system environment:

SAP BO 4.1 SP7

Unix SLES 11

crystal reports for enterprise 4.1 SP7
