Hello Team,
we are using solution manager 7.1 sp13 and facing an issue regarding data availability in interactive monitoring.
Instance availability data is not available in interactive monitoring only for one system in the whole landscape. We have already followed Note no. 1909531 Provided by SAP. Kindly suggest us proper resolution of the problem.
Hope that after installing the SOLMAN as the post-installation task, you have also configured SOLMAN_WORKCENTER, SLD & LMDB tool. If not, then request you to please follow some of the instructions set in the below,

Which one? I think it got a name & also gives a correspondence Error No. in Logs. Hope that you also have checked the below & checked for the settings,
