Hi All,
does anybody here know, how to configure service level report in SolMan 7.2 ?
In the main menu (the new Fiori environment) I can see button "Service Level Reports", but there I can only view existing ones. And I can’t see any configuration option in “SAP Solution Manager Configuration”. For example, I can see there configuration of EarlyWatch Alerts. I did that already. But when it comes to SLR … I am lost And the documentation about Solman 7.2 SP2 regarding SLR is not helping either.

The workcenter mentioned should be "Solution Manager administration workcenter" in analogy to SolMan 7.1.
In SolMan 7.2 the path doesn't exist in my demo system 7.1 SP2, 7.1 SP3 is being installed so I don't know yet if there is such a path there.
Again, documentation seems to be saying one thing in one place, something else in another place so I'll check with SAP and get back to you on this.

I believe this functionality no longer exists, a solution differs from SolMan 7.1 from a conceptual / semantics point of view. I do agree that documentation is confusing.
I'll check with SAP product management to be sure.
