user not able to view the notification received showing error message as your not authorized to view this object

I am from EHSM i am facing problem with user that once he receive any safety observation, incident notification link through outlook he is not able to open it. User is getting error message as your are not authorized to view this object (Error description CM_EHFND_AUTH_CHECK007).All relevant EHSM roles were assigned to user
