user not able to view the notification received showing error message as your not authorized to view this object

Hi,

I am from EHSM i am facing problem with user that once he receive any safety observation, incident notification link through outlook he is not able to open it. User is getting error message as your are not authorized to view this object (Error description CM_EHFND_AUTH_CHECK007).All relevant EHSM roles were assigned to user

    Please check authorization for roles, Please consult BASIS person if you face the issue further.

    Assign below mentioned workflow task to manager or reviewer role and check consequently your authorization Object as Satya said.
